All sixth-graders in Pueblo County receive a FREE youth membership to the YMCA of Pueblo for one full year. The year is August to August. Students may sign up at any time. Interested students need to come in to the front desk with a valid school ID and a parent or guardian.
The Y gives adolescents a safe place to have positive social interactions and healthy activities. By providing this environment it builds long-lasting habits. We believe a healthier mind, body, and spirit makes for a more caring, honest, respectful, and responsible person. Instilling values of caring for our neighbors at a young age makes for more altruistic decision-makers. Leaders who are looking out for the entire community helps Pueblo thrive.
