Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness is taking the fitness world by storm, and with good reason! It's fun, motivating, and highly effective at helping ordinary people meet astounding fitness goals. We are proud to provide you with fitness programs that get results fast.
Nationally-certified personal trainers help you launch a smart exercise program, move beyond stubborn plateaus, break out of fitness ruts, and reenergize your workout. They'll challenge you, change your outlook, and build your confidence with results that extend far beyond the mirror.
Designed by Navy SEALS, TRX is suspension training that utilizes your individual body weight to tone and build muscle. It is for everyone, regardless of fitness ability. It is taught as a small group training, only 8 participants at a time, and costs are listed below.
Paid sessions will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm and Mondays & Wednesdays 8-9am. Session runs from September 9 through October 2.
