It is the tradition of YMCA Camp Jackson that camp is a time for establishing friendships that last a lifetime, for having fun in one of Colorado’s most beautiful outdoor settings, and for sharing the fellowship that enhances social and outdoor skills. It is our commitment to offer a quality program that will impact the lives of our campers. Last year, over 600 campers attended YMCA Camp Jackson. For many of them, it is a family tradition that began with their parents and grandparents back in 1916. Our camp activities include; horseback riding, camping, archery, riflery, canoeing, rock climbing, hiking, the arts, group games, survival skills, campfires, orienteering, swimming; as well as high and low ropes courses.
